1. Purpose and data processed
The data entered in the form — name, email address, phone number (when provided), check-in and check-out dates, number of guests and message — are used to assess and reply to your booking request, calculate an estimated price and communicate with you for that purpose.
2. Legal basis
The main legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: processing necessary for taking steps at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract, including responding to a booking request and preparing a possible booking.
The checkbox next to the form confirms that the privacy notice has been made available, read and accepted. This confirmation does not replace or change the legal basis stated above for processing the booking request.
3. Sharing and transmission
When you submit the form, the website prepares the message and opens WhatsApp so that the request can be sent. The request and the data included in it are then also processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy and terms. The website may also load third-party technical services, such as the embedded map, which may process technical data under their own policies. We do not use the information submitted in this form for direct marketing or advertising through this form.
